I've found a video of the issue (not mine) that shows it: (starts at 3:04 in case timestamp doesn't work). It looks like a texture can't load so the game just hangs, but as soon as the "bad" texture is out of the FOV, the game returns to normal. The best way I can describe it is a weird "rubber banding" or extreme stuttering. The game appears to freeze, but as long as you look elsewhere, the FPS returns to normal. However, once you leave Goodsprings and walk towards Primm, the game essentially drops to 0 frames per second when you look in a certain direction (southwest towards the mountains). Issue: The game starts up and runs very smoothly. Software: Parallels 17 w/ Windows 11 ARM, Fallout: NV (Steam edition). System: M1 Mini 8GB RAM, 8 Core GPU, 512GB SSD
